Party is not secured until Deposit and booking form is received.
Deposit will vary from party to party as we will need to secure entertainment.
The following deposits apply:
SoftPlay: Full party amount in advance
Entertainer packages: 50% party amount
Tea Party: £100
Cake/sweet treats:50% of cost
Party planning: 30% of total
Deposits on extras will be quoted on request.
We will charge a refundable Safety deposit for our Tent/Teepee and Softplay.
This a £50 refundable deposit this will be collected in cash on delivery of item and refunded when collected subject to no damage to our stock.

The rest of the balance due at the start of the party in cash or funds can be transferred on the morning of the party. this will be pre agreed between pineapple parties and the client
Our Tents are non smoking.
Hire price includes Delivery, Set up and Collection. Do not attempt to set up or dismantle yourself as you will be liable for any damages to the tents or yourself.
Pineapple parties accept no responsibility for damage or injury to yourself or your party while in occupation of the tents.
Pineapple Parties accept no responsibility for loss or damage to any property left in the tent.
All rubbish should be cleared from Tent on collection, We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee if needed.
We try to adhere to to delivery and collection time but can change due to traffic or travelling times.
We charge a refundable Security deposit that covers any damages. this will be refunded upon collection subject to damages.
Pineapple Parties operate a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the tents
Candles with flames are not permitted inside the belltent or teepees.
Battery operated candles or fairy lights will be provided.
For your protection and safety, cooking and heaters is prohibited inside the bell tent.
Fire pits and BBQ’s should be sited a safe distance from the bell tent and should not be left unattended.

Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances preventing someone from fulfilling a contract)Pineapple parties cannot accept any responsibility or liability for losses or other costs incurred as a result of: acts of God including fire, flood, storm or natural disasters, war, sabotage or acts of terrorism, government sanctions, labour disputes including strikes, lockouts, boycotts or other Industrial action, failure in the transportation of equipment or in the provision of services.
ii. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement and disputed or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.
iii. The parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including noncontractual disputes or claims)
Party structure can change depending on the skill of the entertainer and how they judgement on whether the children will respond to certain games and activities and if there is a perticular game or activity you would like please state on the booking form.
Packages are a guideline only.
We will also take photos during the party that will be used for social media and marketing purposes, if you do not want photos taken please inform us beforehand and state on your booking form.
All props and supplies are property of Pineapple parties, any props taken without prior permission will be asked to be replaced this includes for full party planning including fresh flowers.
Entertainers are provided from third party companies that use there own liability insurance and if you would like to know which company your entertainer is from to form a complaint or compliment please ask and we will give you the full details
